The customer has the right to return his product within 14 days from the date of receipt. The stamp of the post office or similar carrier being taken as proof.

We only take back items that are intact, unworn and undamaged.

Please return the products as received: in their original packaging, with all labels and with the completed and signed “Return” section on the delivery note, to our address.

In the event of a return in accordance with the above paragraphs, the price paid will be refunded, upon receipt of the goods, in accordance with the following procedures:

• If the return is due to a faulty shipment from BSS, the amount paid and shipping costs will be refunded. The shipping costs associated with the return of the goods will also be borne by BSS.
• For any other reason, only the paid value of goods will be refunded, but not any additional costs.
